If petrol were the source of life, then Doha would be the Garden of Eden.

It’s a city without a natural source of water, but gallons of hydrocarbons, fuelling the construction boom evident across the horizon.

RTCC’s Daniel Schweimler spent Wednesday morning on the city’s streets, and asking what we can learn from COP18’s hosts.
