Ralph Regenvanu is Vanuatu’s Minister for Climate Change. Leading one of the world's most climate-vulnerable nations, he has championed Vanuatu’s push for the International Court of Justice (ICJ) opinion on climate obligations and the Fossil Fuel Non-Proliferation Treaty. He is a Ni-Vanuatu anthropologist, artist and politician who has been a Member of Parliament since 2008.
