Head of the Philippines delegation,  Naderev Sano, stresses that the most important issue for them is financing for adaptation. He says that there is a long way to go before an acceptable deal that can be reached.  He notes that stewardship of the process is important to rebuild trust, and how the chair of the AWG-LCA needs to be transparent and participatory in the run-up to  Mexico.
