Stela Herschmann is climate policy specialist at Observatório do Clima, a network of 130 Brazilian organizations and a member of Climate Action Network Latin America. She is a specialist in Environmental Law from PUC-Rio and has worked with environmental licensing and impact assessment. Since 2014, her work has been focused on climate and third sector issues.
