Monica Feria-Tinta

Monica Feria-Tinta is a barrister at the Bar of England & Wales practising from Twenty Essex. She is a leading advocate in environmental and climate change litigation both in English and international courts. She acted in the first international case which held a State internationally responsible for climate inaction.  She is the author of the book ‘A Barrister for the Earth’ (Faber, 2025).
