COP19 (20/11/13) – Adam Matthews says his company Globe International works with governments in over 40 countries to help them develop climate change legislation.

His team also help the countries to pass this legislation into law and also scrutinises the manner in which it is implemented and its success.

Member of the House of Representatives from the Philippines Susan Yap says Globe will be launched in the Philippines later this year to bring in expertise and knowledge on climate legislation like a sustainable forest management act.

She says negotiations on loss and damage are crucial to the survival of countries like hers. As one of the smallest emitters of greenhouse gases and one of the most vulnerable to climate change, the Philippines needs help.
