COP19 (18/11/13) – William Ehlers, Team Leader External Affairs, Global Environment Facility talks about the GEF’s work financing the activities of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in developing countries.

He says approximately 30% of GEF’s budget goes towards tackling climate change.

The GEF’s programmes include capacity-development training, cross-cutting capacity-development training, and a GEF programme which works with governments, the UNFCCC and civil society organisations.
