COP19: ‘We don’t have much time left’ warns Jean-Pascal van Ypersele

COP19 (14/11/2013) – Jean-Pascal van Ypersele, George Lemaître Centre for Earth and Climate Research, talks about the collection box he has set up asking delegates to donate at least $20 to the victims of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines.

He also speaks about the IPCC report and that scientists are now doubly clear of the connection between climate change and human activity. Ypersele says if we continue with our “business as usual” attitude, then we only have a couple of decades left until we breach the 2°C of warming limit.
