COP18 (27/11/12) – Sister Jayanti Kirpalani from Brahma Kumaris talks about the spiritual dimension of climate change.

She says that we are responsible for what we have made happen to the world around us and that we now know what we have to do and we have to do it to make a difference to the planet.

She says it is important to change our thoughts and attitudes and go back to a simpler way of life, respecting the environment.

She says that people often find it difficult to change their lifestyle and a dependence on people’s votes prevent politicians from imposing such changes, but stresses that there are some simple things we can all do to change our lifestyles.
