CBD COP11 (09/10/12) – Braulio Ferreira de Souza Dias, Executive Secretary of the Secretariat of the UN Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) talks to Pavilion TV.

With good progress made at the previous meeting in Nagoya two years ago, Dr Dias says the agenda is set, and now is the time for focus on implementing these plans.

He also reminds governments that funding these projects should be seen as “an investment not a cost” with the cost of inaction far greater.
