Michael Zammit Cutajar

Michael Zammit Cutajar, was the first head of the UNFCCC and is the chair of the Ad-hoc Working Group on Long-Term Cooperative Action. He details the progress in the process since the meetings since April, and draws comparisons to the process to draft a new protocol in 2009 to the same point in 1997, when the Kyoto Protocol was drafted.
