Serbia’s lead climate change negotiator, Miroslav Spasojević, tells Climate-Change.tv that we’re in a better position to last year as we have the Copenhagen Accord behind us. He explains that this is a crucial point where some substantial, organisational and final issues can be resolved. He stresses the need for a balance between the Copenhagen Accord and the two-track process. He notes that the Accord are a political document and is doubtful all 194 countries will associate with it.
