Christian Wichard, Deputy Director General at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), introduces the platform WIPO Green, a way of matching technologies up to users. He explains how this will accelerate technology transfer to developing countries. He says that they are widening this to look at the technology needs and sources of financing.
