Socorro Flores, from the Mexican Government, talks about the difficulties over the Work Programme last week and the time the negotiations have lost. She says we’re now moving passed “this defensiveness and overreaction” and “engaging in substantive work”.  She says that Mexico has a duty to implement what they have agreed and outlines what success in Durban would look like.
