Naderev Sano, representing the Philippines, talks about the impasse on the agenda and what this says about the pace of the negotiations.  He thinks it’s going to be a tough time this week. He says, for KP, they need to ensure there is a Second Commitment Period.  He is worried that the trust is crumbling because discussions are directed towards the focus areas of a few parties. In particular he is concerned that the G77 is being taken too lightly.
