Rio+20 (21/06/2012) – Jeroen Douglas, Executive Director, Solidaridad South America explains the company’s work in developing supply chains with the private sector for 14 different commodities and the work they did in initiating the fairtrade logo.

He says the company has been involved in many certification schemes for agriculture – including the likes of Wood certified and Rainforest Alliance certification.

He says for the company, the starting point was coffee, giving the group a rich learning area from which they were able to develop and widen their work.
