Rio+20 (16/06/12): Pascal Feillard the Secretary General Institut Pour La Ville en Mouvement  speaks to Pavilion TV about his work at IVM regarding mobility. IVM is based in Latin America, Europe and China.

Feillard speaks of a successful project that has taken place in Buenos Aires where they have placed stickers on the buses, informing travellers of the bus route, price and any other information one should be aware of whilst commuting. Felliard also speaks of the mentality of politicians and how to make travel more energy efficient.
