Rio+20: Teaching children in Africa a new way of seeing the Earth

Rio+20 (14/06/2012) – Claude Sebag, Vice President, Terre d’école explains the new kind of school they aim to open in Africa which will launch in order to help children learn about protecting their environment and change their attitudes to looking at the Earth.

Here, he says, the children will not only learn core subjects including maths, science and history but will have parallel lessons which will focus on their traditional way of life and will help children to adapt their ancestral traditional in a new scientific way.
