This video from The Carbon Disclosure Project shows highlights from a discussion  at COP15 over the TelePresence videoconferencing facilities, with participation from Copenhagen, London and the US. The keynote speaker was Lord Adair Turner, Chair of the UK’s Climate Change Committee, and the theme was how low carbon technology can reduce emissions.
