Rajendra Kumar Pachauri

Rajendra Kumar Pachauri, the chair of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, which was co-awarded the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize, talks with Climate-Change.tv about his open address at the Poznan talks.
