Antoine talks about a recent initiative by the Red Cross in the Philippines after typhoon Haiyan. The Red Cross identified a village living in the swamp and built new villages with 128 houses with solar power and a water treatment station. The village is energy and water autonomous and is able to improve their livelihoods making them more resilient to future disasters. Antoine hopes the Paris agreement will be useful, strong and fair.
