Landsvirkjun is Iceland’s state owned national power company and produces 100% of energy from renewables resources geothermal and hydrothermal. They are at COP to highlight the importance of renewables and geothermal resources and to share their decades of experience in the sector. Ragna would like to see negotiators agree on an ambitious and realistic targets and see renewables prioritised through investment as new technology is expensive.
