COP20 (04/12/14) – Robert Dixon highlights the importance of the architecture of the global agreement currently under negotiation, specifically in terms of how it will define the role of both the Global Environment Facility and the Green Climate Fund. He also describes the links between the two bodies and how they aim to work together. Robert goes on to talk about his enthusiasm for getting the private sector more involved in climate finance and the value of public-private partnerships.
