Lord Deben, the Chair of the UK’s Committee on Climate Change, talks about Globe International’s latest report on domestic legislation being taken around the world to combat climate change.

He says that, while Britain remains ahead with its Climate Change Act, global actions being taken in countries often less economically developed than the UK should be a prompt to even further action.
