Lord Prescott speaks about Globe International’s latest report on climate change legislation around the world. The report encompasses 66 countries, and is the most comprehensive collection of information on domestic legal action being taken at the moment.

He also questions the current Coalition government’s commitment to their climate policies, saying that they are currently “confused” and need to make their position clear.
